Essential
• 4 to 8 years of Oracle Apps experience
• Experience in various components of Oracle Identity Management
• MCA / BE / Btech

Role/Responsibilities
• Senior DBA / Team Lead
• Installing, configuring, managing various components of Oracle Identity Manager / Access Manager / Role Manager / Virtual Directory
• Perform overall health checks on various Identity & Access Management Components.
• Execute backups for all databases and take corrective actions for failed backups.
• Create, configure, size and maintain database systems to support various components of Identity and Access Management Components/applications.
• User/Password management
• Routinely review database logs to review alerts and take corrective actions as deemed necessary
• Apply database patches and fixes as per Client requirements and vendor recommendations (This excludes major database upgrades such as from Version 8i to Version 9i of Oracle).
• Apply patches on 10g Application servers as part of any bugfixes.
• Upgrade of 10g Application Servers.
• Assume responsibility of all trouble tickets assigned to the DBA via the ticket tracking system (HP service Desk) and track all progress on the issue and details regarding the resolution in the system
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve problems reported by the Client on the database systems as well as on any components of Identity Management System.
• Provide timely resolutions to issues logged based on the Support Levels defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) between The vendor and the Client
• Willing to be part of an On-call rotation

Essential
* Minimum 5 years of solid Test automation experience
* SAP Testing experience (manual/automation)
* Hands on experience on SAP TAO/QTP/Business Process Testing (BPT) (any one of them)
* Basic business knowledge in any of SAP modules.
* Reasonable level of Functional expertise to understand solution with special focus on master data
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to tailor communication to the intended audience (excellent English is a must)

Desirable
* Minimum of 5 years experience in similar role within an international context (multi-environments, multiple teams, concurrent deployment project)
* Business experience or very good awareness on his/her area
* Good knowledge of SAP functional (processes, available functionalities, …) and technical background (customizing, environment, transport orders, …), different stages of projects (run, deployments, testing, …) as well as project management skills (planning follow-up, team work, multiple teams interaction, …)

Essential
* Total 3 - 8 years SAP experience with 3+ years in SAP user administration, security experience as consultant with multiple completed projects in Global environment.
* Must have experience in new SAP product, XI, Portal, BW, APO security.
* Must have hands on experience in SAP security, SoD tools, Authorization management, User administration in the areas of design, implementation and sustenance / maintenance across multiple environments with a large group of end user.
* Senior consultants must have experience in coordination and managing junior group of sub-contactors enabling seamless delivery of system support work
* Must have exposure to big global SAP projects with teams spread throughout the globe and in-site / off-shore organization
* Operational business experience (or good awareness)
