Client : Large MNC Manufacturer

Essential
* Minimum 10+ Years experience in Training
* Experienced in delivery of training in multi-location environment to a large number of End Users
* High level understanding of manufacturing operations
* Management of training catalog, training material
* Experience in SAP environment strongly preferred
* Strong Project Management skills, MS Office (focus on MS Excel)
* Ability to lead a team of training coordinators
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Role / Responsibilities
* Be responsible for ensuring that training has positive impact in creating optimum performance and productivity in every business process by keeping IT End Users trained in relevant areas
* Be able to interact and engage with Project Managers, Super / Key Users, Business Processes Owners, and Business Heads to continuously feel the pulse, understand business pain areas, and training objectives
* Experimenting and employing innovating methods of training delivery to reduce training effort, enhance impact and reduce time to training delivery
* Prepare & track training budgets, develop training calendars / plan to achieve agreed training objectives and SLAs
* Extensive travelling within India for first 3 months. Subsequent travel may be required once or twice a month.
